Premiere Property Services Ltd

Premiere Property Services did all the repairs on our house they are really good at keeping you updated with what is being done and on who is coming to do the different aspects of the repairs. All the workers were very considerate and we got on with them very well. We are very pleased with the work they have done and highly recommend them to anyone needing substantial repairs.

They made a retaining 12metre long wall which looks lovely but the foundation was not done properly so after a while problem started. The wall started having big cracks and the wall is pushing against my gate, which now doesn't even close. Now it's really bad it seems like its going to fall eventually. I did contact the company but they brushed me away.

I highly recommend Premiere Property Services for any building or construction work. They recently completed a double garage with adjoining office/gym, shed, and patio project at my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. They communicated clearly throughout the process, stayed on schedule, and delivered excellent workmanship in every aspect of the project. The attention to detail and quality of construction exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality building services.

We are so pleased with the quality of the repairs for our subsidence problem and the overall finish of the job. A huge Thank you to Ray and the team for their work and keeping us up to date with the progress along the way. We would thoroughly recommend Premiere Property Services. They were appointed to us via our insurance company to put right a "botched up" job by other builders and the difference in the quality of their work to the previous builders was huge - Premiere did a first class job - would definitely use them again!! They were keen to make sure our house was structurally safe from the supports used in the floors to the flush finish of the bay window.

Premier did insurance work on our property and we found them easy, polite and helpful to work with, we had to time 3 different jobs on the same part of the house, they were more than happy to accommodate this into the event even though it meant delays to their needs. The lads on the job were polite, tidy and considerate and Kelley at the main office was very helpful and friendly. All in a good job well done. We are happy to recommend them based on our experience
