Who we are

Leads FM ("we", "us") operates leadsfm.com, a directory of facilities management companies in the United Kingdom. Contact: info@leadsfm.com.

What we collect

Enquiry forms — name, email, phone, website and your message, plus the company you enquired about.
Listing and claim forms — business and contact details you submit so we can create or verify a listing.
Technical data — IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and to prevent spam.

How we use it

To pass your enquiry to the company you selected so they can respond (our legitimate interest and yours in receiving a quote).
To create, verify and maintain business listings.
To reply to you and to keep records of enquiries for up to 24 months.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Enquiries are shared only with the specific company you contacted.

Business listings

Listings contain publicly available business information (name, address, phone, website, Google rating and reviews). If you represent a listed business you can update or remove your listing via the "Claim this listing" link or by contacting us.

Cookies

We use only a strictly necessary session cookie for form security.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. Email info@leadsfm.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
