JMI Property Solutions

Water damage to patio door sealant and internal wood flooring was dealt with promptly and with professionalism. I can recommend Joe and will definitely contact him in the future, if needed

So pleased we found Joe (JMI Property Solutions) and Jack (R&R Property Solutions) who worked together on this project. The whole process was pain free from start to finish. We knew vaguely what we wanted but didn't know where to start. They both guided us and put our ideas into a reality. They were so conscientious and hard working that even our neighbours have commented on their work ethic. Our en suite is better than we could have ever wished for. We are over the moon with it, thank you.

Incredible work carried out by Joe and Jack. A really personal and professional touch, and great care taken to ensure that my wife and I were 100% satisfied with the service. I've become disabled and can no longer keep up with the property maintenance, so these two have been a godsend. My wife was so satisfied that she has become a repeat customer. In fact, she insists on them for all of our property needs, and has even started calling them her "personal handyman squad." It's incredible to see the dedication they show—they'll even come by on short notice for an unscheduled visit. The quality of their work is truly exceptional. My wife says she's never seen anyone work with such precision and attention to detail. Every nook and cranny is attended to, and they are incredibly thorough. They work so quietly and efficiently that sometimes I don't even realize they're here. Their service is the total package. They're respectful of our privacy, always clean up after themselves, and the results speak for themselves. I'm honestly so happy with the relationship they've developed with my wife, and it's clear they have the magic touch.

Joseph did a great job fixing the blinds for both the door and windows. The installation was neat, secure, and done with attention to detail. And also helped with screwing items onto a cardboard surface, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. Really appreciate the quality work.

Joe installed my fireplace for me, listened to exactly what it was that I was trying to achieve and I’m really happy with the results. Very professional and polite. Thank you Joe
