Faas Ltd

I took the Door Supervisor course with Fareed and Samina. They are very nice and professional people who provided informative lessons and helped us at each step of the way to help us ace our exams. The site is also very nice, with clean toilets and even a place for me to securely store our bikes. They also provided free drinks such as tea, coffee and squash and biscuits. They also had a day where they ordered pizza for the class, even catering for dietary preferences like veggie options. Overall very nice experience and would recommend to anyone doing a Door Supervisor course!

my experience has been excellent. Both ma’am and sir are very kind, supportive, and always ready to help whenever we have any doubts. They explain the concepts clearly and make the learning process easy and enjoyable. Their guidance, encouragement, and dedication have helped me improve my knowledge and confidence. Thank you for creating such a positive learning environment.

I recently completed my Door Supervisor course with this company, and I can confidently say it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The trainers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made the content easy to understand while keeping the sessions engaging and practical, not just theory-based. The course was well-structured, covering everything needed to feel confident stepping into the role, including real-life scenarios that actually prepare you for situations on the job. The support throughout was excellent — any questions I had were answered clearly, and they made sure no one was left behind. The environment was welcoming and respectful, which made it easy to focus and learn. You can tell they care about their students passing and succeeding, not just completing the course. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their Door Supervisor licence. Professional, supportive, and high-quality training all around.
