Blue Fox Energy and Electrical Services Ltd

Blue Fox Property Services & Solutions provided an excellent EPC assessment for my rental property. Their service was prompt, professional and with quick replies at every stage. Ian Carmichael was particularly helpful. Clear in his explanations, thorough in his work and genuinely easy to deal with. A reliable, well run local business that makes the process straightforward from start to finish.

Ian was calling me just coiple minutes after i put request for EPC online, have very professional and helpfull chat. The survey was booked for following day and the service was absolutely amazing 👏. Ian was move us from D 58 to C 70 grade and give us a lot of advice regarding our future improvement to get our home more energy efficient. Definitely recommend Blue Fox and Ian when you need EPC done and improve.

I can’t recommend Blue Fox Energy & Electrical Services highly enough. Max carried out all of the electrical work for a stud wall we had built and was professional from start to finish. He made sure all of the work was fully compliant with building regulations and provided all the necessary certification, giving us complete peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout – he always responded quickly to messages, was happy to work around dates that suited us, and even came back at a later date to complete some additional work without any issues. Max is friendly, reliable, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. If you’re looking for an electrician who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and provides a first-class service, I would highly recommend Blue Fox Energy & Electrical Services.

Highly recommend this lad for fitting spotlights! He fitted them with no issues, was happy to help out wherever possible, and the price was great too. Just can’t wait to get them plastered now for that nice flush finish! Would definitely recommend! 👍

Ian did an EPC report for us on a property we are renovating. He arranged to visit the property within a couple of days of our first enquiry. He was very thorough and helpful, fully explaining all of the issues and giving us clear and useful advice on the improvements required to upgrade the EPC rating. He produced the full report a few days after his visit. Very helpful, efficient and good value. Thank you!
