Terms of use

1. The service

Leads FM is an independent directory. We list facilities management companies and forward enquiries to them. We are not a party to any contract between you and a listed company and do not guarantee their work, pricing or availability.

2. Listing information

Listing details are compiled from public sources, including Google Business Profiles, and from businesses themselves. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but cannot warrant completeness. Ratings and reviews are shown as published by Google. Businesses may claim their listing to correct details or request removal.

3. Enquiries

By submitting an enquiry you consent to us forwarding your details to the selected company. You must not submit false information, spam or content that is unlawful or abusive.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to submit forms.

5. Paid plans, billing and refunds

Leads FM Pro and Pro+ are sold as monthly software subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record; Paddle issues your invoice and handles VAT. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

• Renewal: plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@leadsfm.com. Your listing keeps its paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds: we do not refund part-months once a period has started. If a paid feature did not work as described, contact us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund that period.
• Lead packs: pay-as-you-go lead credits are refundable while unused; once a lead's contact details have been unlocked that credit is non-refundable.
• Consumer rights: nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers in the UK or EU, including any applicable right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.

Failure to pay may result in paid features being suspended; the free listing remains.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the directory or from services provided by listed companies. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
