Is the free listing really free?
Yes. Every UK facilities management company can have a profile at no cost, and enquiries are forwarded to the email on the listing.
How do I pay?
Card payments are handled securely by Paddle (our merchant of record). You'll receive a VAT invoice by email each month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month — no cancellation fees.
What counts as an enquiry?
A quote request submitted through your Leads FM profile with a name, contact details and a description of the job. Duplicate and spam submissions are filtered out before they reach your inbox.
Does paying change where I rank?
No. Ranking on city and service pages is by Google rating and review count. A subscription gives you the dashboard, verified badge and enquiry tools — it does not buy you a position.
