Vios Property Maintenance Ltd

When you ask for a professional team to do their very best at painting and all things that you need to refresh your house outlook this is the best team you should contact. Not only because they arrive always in time (many times even earlier than the schedule time) but the way the team works gives you the safety feeling that at the end of their job your house will look different and the way you wanted to be. They are responsible in what they are doing, respectful with their clients and last but not last, always when they leave, they clean. I would definitely recommend their services.

Vio and his team recently completed an internal redecoration of our house. The end result was exceptional and we were delighted with the outcome. The team worked very hard, their attention to detail was first class, they were always polite and nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them 100% and thank them for their outstanding service.

Couldn't be happier with the work Vio and his Team have done with my house. I got him to strip the walls of my house top to bottom, skim the walls with plastering and also painting. The cost for the whole work was very reasonable. Vio is a top class bloke and he was very reasonable. They cleaned up and organised everything that needed to be thrown away which made it very convenient for me. My Friends and Family have seen the work and they've asked me to give Vio's number to them, this says a lot in my opinion. If there is ever any work that Vio's Team can do, I will 100% be contacting them.

Vio and his team went above and beyond whilst stripping out, plastering and decorating our three storey home. They were friendly, professional, accomodating, worked diligently to get the job done and were happy to take on some extra requests we had. Highly recommend them and we'll be contacting Vio again if we ever require any work done in the future.

We recently employed Vio and his team to completely redecorate our home, including colour drenching the entire interior, carrying out extensive window repairs and painting the exterior of the house. From start to finish, Vio was an absolute pleasure to work with. What initially appeared to be a straightforward decorating project quickly revealed itself to be a much larger undertaking, but nothing seemed to faze him. Throughout the process he remained calm, professional and solutions-focused, approaching every challenge with honesty and good humour. What particularly impressed me was his transparency. He kept me informed every step of the way, was open about costs and options, and always looked for the most sensible solution rather than the most expensive one. It was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best possible result without unnecessarily increasing the budget. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. Every detail was handled meticulously and with great pride. The team were consistently punctual, respectful, tidy and hardworking. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the finished result has completely transformed our home. Perhaps most remarkably, despite spending weeks in the house, they barely stopped for a break and never once asked for a cup of tea. They simply got on with the job with quiet efficiency and good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend Vio and his team. They delivered an outstanding result, were a pleasure to have around and took enormous pride in their work. Finding tradespeople of this calibre is rare. We feel extremely fortunate to have found them.
