KB property maintenance and renovation

Really pleased with our kitchen renovation! The work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail from start to finish. The team were professional, reliable and worked efficiently to bring our vision to life. We’re extremely happy with the finished kitchen and would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality kitchen renovation. Thank you for all your hard work!

I’ve used KB Property for various tasks. Very easy to work with and attentive to the requirements. Installation of CCTV, doorbell and other electrical work. Very knowledgeable and thorough service with electrical work. Repair plumbing leaks, replacement of ceiling and bathroom fitting. They have also done some plastering works for me. Most recently, I’ve had garden works done where hedges needed to be cut down to a much lower size as well cut back closer to the fence. Weeds required removal from roots and removal of some shrubs and plants. Basically the entire garden was made bare as a prerequisite to paving and landscaping.

KB Properties provided quick and thorough service to fix a creaky bedroom floor and a blocked drain. When the initial floor fix wasn't perfect, they replaced the chipboard with new subfloor boards and reinforced the joists, solving the issue completely. They were brilliant, professional, and I will definitely hire them again.

I would highly recommend this company! They did a fabulous job replacing the cladding on our porch, replacing our consumer unit and fitting extra sockets in various rooms. Very reliable and extremely tidy work. I like the fact they are able to undertake almost any job you need!
