Good stock, very fresh fruits and vegetables, good value for money. Great parking, friendly staff.

The lady working in the billing section was quite rude and had a very unnecessary attitude towards us. There were three of us, and we had picked up a case of beer. Two of us didn’t have ID with us, although we are both 24, while one of our friends did have valid ID. I completely understand that, due to the rules, she may not have been allowed to sell the alcohol to us, and I have no issue with her refusing the sale. However, the way she spoke to us was very disrespectful and judgmental. She could have simply explained the situation politely rather than making us feel uncomfortable or as though we had done something wrong. I understand that staff have to follow the rules, but good customer service is also about how those rules are communicated. A polite explanation would have been more than enough.

stock levels ok. "when it's gone it's gone" aren't really offers. Added 6 self tills but they're all card only so to pay cash you need to queue up behind loads of trolley shoppers. Not great, Aldi up the road have cash tills much quicker to get through.

Great range of products, friendly helpful staff. Love the bakery a bit too much. Reasonable pricing, all good 👍
