Quirks Property Maintenance Ltd

Really pleased with the work carried out by Ethan and Jake over the last two days. They completed a variety of jobs for us including replacing a drainpipe, sealing windows, clearing gutters, securing external cables and blocking up an old dryer vent — you genuinely can’t tell where the old vent was, it looks great. Both were very professional, respectful and friendly throughout, and really nice to deal with. They arrived when expected, worked consistently throughout the day and took care to keep all areas tidy while working. Very happy with the standard of work completed and would highly recommend for property maintenance and repair jobs. Thanks!

We recently had a garage conversion done by Quirks in Chester, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out! The whole team were amazing from start to finish – always professional, kept us updated, and turned up exactly when they said they would. A special mention to Nathan, Jack, and James, who did a lot of of the work – they were so polite, friendly, and always made sure to tidy up after themselves. Michael is brilliant too – really easy to talk to, understanding, and made sure we were happy even after the work was finished. Michael and the team also handled everything with Building Control on our behalf, which took a huge amount of stress off us and made the whole process so much smoother. Considering how much we both work from home, the new space has completely transformed how we use our house. It’s freed up so much room and given us a proper, comfortable area to work in every day. The quality of the job is excellent, and it’s made such a difference to our home. We’d 100% recommend Quirks Property Maintenance to anyone thinking about a garage conversion or home project in the Chester area. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

From the very first visit, Michael came across as professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution rather than simply selling me the most expensive option. He arrived when he said he would, responded promptly to emails, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my endless questions without making me feel like a nuisance. The work itself has been excellent. The lads who came to carry out the work were polite, hardworking, respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The job was completed efficiently, the site was kept tidy, and any issues or questions were dealt with quickly and professionally. The conservatory has been completely transformed and the standard of workmanship has been first class. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and Michael was happy to discuss options and make sensible recommendations throughout the project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quirks Property Maintenance. Professional, reliable, easy to deal with, and most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Thanks again to Michael and the team.

Effective, efficient and friendly service. Quirks carried out installation of a new steel lintel and step crack repair above my front door. They were methodical, explained the process to me at different stages and liaised with building control. They did a really great job!

I recently had structural works carried out by Quirks Property Maintenance. Michael was knowledgeable and professional. He was very organised, always turned up when he said he would. He offered advice and guidance on the building regulations process which so many builders don’t. He always listened to and answered my questions. His staff were well mannered, hard working and very approachable. The standard of work is excellent, even the neighbours gave positive comments on the results and how well the work site was run. I would definitely recommend this firm and would use them again should the need arise.
