Phoenix Rug and Carpet Cleaning Abergele / Conwy / North Wales

Absolutely brilliant service from Phoenix Carpet Cleaning. Robin came out to clean the carpets at both one of my rental properties and my home, and the results are incredible! The carpets look like new again. Really professional, reliable, and took real pride in the work. Everything was done thoroughly and with care, and he even worked with a smile on his face throughout. Highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Cleaning! Fantastic results and great service from start to finish!

We are blown away by the difference in our carpet since Robin came and cleaned it. It's incredible. 100% recommended the service, communication and Robin himself such a lovely guy. We are so grateful here at St Kentigern Hospice for your support. Thank you

Cannot recommend Phoenix enough! Super quick and easy to book. What an absolute stellar service from Robin. It is clear he is a perfectionist and knows his craft. He was very thorough and talked me through the whole process. I struggled to have a cat urine stain removed which a previous cleaner had made worse. Thanks to Robin the stain and odour is completely gone and my carpet looks brand new. Absolute 10/10 will definitely use again. Thanks again!

Robin did a fantastic job on our 1930’s Persian wool rug. Probably the first time it’s ever been cleaned and it’s come out really well. Robin was very communicative throughout the whole process. Fantastic service

I recently used Phoenix for carpet cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Scheduling was quick and convenient, and they arrived right on time. Robin was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process before getting started. He worked efficiently and paid close attention to problem areas I pointed out. Stains I thought would never come out are completely gone, and the carpets look fresh and bright. Overall, I highly recommend Phoenix to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality carpet cleaning. Great service, excellent results, and fair pricing. Thanks again Robin!
