LF Property Maintenance

Lee was great and did an amazing job on our bathroom, while we were away on holiday. He kept us in the loop with everything and transformed it completely. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of work and the finished product. Before and after photos added below.

I rang Lee due to a rising boiler pressure problem during an evening and he was there by 8am the following morning! Lee knew the problem was one of two things… firstly he recommended to try the cheapest option first that being a fraction of the price to plan B, he ordered the part and once it came into stock Lee came straight back when he said he would to carry out the repair…with his depth of knowledge the part was fitted and the boiler pressure remains how it should. Lee offers a wide range of services which we’ve also used and his workmanship and expertise speaks for itself. Highly recommend for all of his services on offer.

Lee at LF property maintenance is highly reccomended. He has done an amazing job on a complete central heating system fit. New boiler and bathroom. Great attention to detail and high quality, clean tidy with his work.

I recently called Lee out to look at our faulty boiler, and he fitted us in the next day. He did a thorough inspection and advised of our options. We decided to go for a new boiler, but due to availability Lee passed our details over to Tom (who he works with), who came out 3 days later and completed the job. Very reasonable price, friendly, professional and thorough. Thanks Lee!

LF Property Maintenance have just completed replacing our aged boiler with a new gas saving, super quiet Worcester Bosch 4000. As a retired tradesman myself I can tell you that they are extremely professional in all aspects of their work. Lee & Finn were both very courteous, trustworthy and very tidy working in our house. The quality of the work they did was absolutely superb. and to a very high standard. We were kept informed at every stage of the job and it was completed in the time as stated. LF Property Maintenance has all the skill sets to deliver a total one stop solution. I would strongly recommend them for any of your property needs.
