Elliots Property Services

Elliot was fantastic - re did some brackets on our window, patched large wall which was crumbling and did a fine job filling in gaps where the pointing was falling away under our bay windows - all in all - great service. Polite, friendly and expert. Elliott was fantastic !!! He came promptly, took our window away, manage to get some new glass in, repair the window and put it back in by the end of the day. Which was great. 5 stars and would highly recommend him!

Elliot was brilliant. I had an awkward old door that wouldn’t open so he took it off its hinges, planed it down and re-hung it with precision and care. Really lovely guy and was available really quickly. Would highly recommend.

Elliot has completed two jobs for me so far removing an old marble fireplace surround and pointing some brickwork. Both jobs completed to an excellent standard, with a fair price.

Elliot is a very professional tradesmen. He is very hardworking to run his trade. He is very communicative to update the job status and provided good service and done an excellent job. Please support him if you require property work. Thank you Elliot !!

Elliot was prompt in contacting me, and when selected, prompt in getting the job done. He is not cheap, but he does a very good job and is keen to show the householder exactly what he is doing. Elliot is a bit of a character and a pleasure to meet. I would recommend him to anyone.
