Satty arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the property spotless from top to bottom. Communication with the office and Satty on site, was excellent throughout the process. Thanks to their fantastic work, the property was left in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough end-of-tenancy cleaning service.

The cleaners did an excellent job overall. They arrived on time, worked very quickly and efficienctly. They even managed to fully clean the bathroom floor which had some crusted floor mat backing that I couldnt get rid off! At the end, I did a quick check and pointed out a couple of things that needed addressing. I was told some of these werent a part of the clean, but the cleaners were kind enough to do it anyway. Overall, a high quality professional service. I'd highly recommend them.

Got my end of end of tenancy cleaning through these guys and was a little bit nervous because of the price… but the cleaners were AMAZING and the property management company even emailed to inquire about the company that I used because the clean was just that good! Leaving a one star because they deserve that. Booked a cleaning service from them, first they came 2 hours late, I was like ok happens leave it. The very moment person stepped in the house, he started saying how much you paid, this is not clean, this is dirty, to the very point i was thinking what the heck is he talking about ? Because i wont be booking a cleaning service on already cleaned house, but our house was much cleaner. Anyway he started doing his work and did nice in kitchen and overall cleaning, but where it mattered like the grouting spaces between tiles or the kitchen floor he didnt clean properly and when ask he started using nail to scratch and said if its not coming out with nails how I suppose to clean it? all he cared about is make the payment so he leave, No response from the company after emails, Kitchen floor was still sticky and bathroom floor was still dirty which evetually after paying 250£ we had to clean by ourselves. Highly unprofessional. I would say they dont even have the right tools. Only acceptable for light cleaning like if you have to clean the surface which you can. This you can't do, they can't do. Thats it! Update: Their person didnt do a shit about removing stuff. I personally cleared everything, for the fridge I told him that he can leave. Kitchen and bathroom were cleared by me not your member at all. The floor which he mopped became more sticky. The grouting was not been told as its construction work but to be cleaned which do comes in cleaning part otherwise what the heck on the floor he was cleaning. As I mentioned this company can only clean what a normal person can do. No professionalism, No expertise.

Employed this company for an end of tenancy clean, very satisfied with the works carried out. The two individuals were also very pleasant! Overall very satisfied and pricing is also very good.
