GEM CLEANERS

Gem Cleaners did a brilliant cleaning job ! End of tenancy cleaning, I had a 3 bedroom house which was in a real state. It hadn't been cleaned for years. Team arrived on time, gave me ballpark costs and left the place v clean. Colour of my carpets were revived and rediscovered the colour of kitchen cabinets. Washing machine was cleaned, inside cabinet and toilet. It wasn't a nice job. The guys worked v hard.

Professional and helpful I set up for Gem Cleaners to come in and carpet clean my flat for an end of tenancy. They showed up on time, actually early, and got all the work done in good time. Following our inventory our letting agency said, according to them, Overall I had a good experience with Gem Cleaners as they were very good communicators, reasonable pricing and very professional to deal with. It was all much appreciated!

I booked a After Tenancy Clean up with Gem cleaners when we left our rented property. I wanted a professional clean up as I was very busy moving to our new place and also wanted my deposit. However, with more than 10 hours of cleaning the end result was very poor. There was only 1 cleaner and the job could have been done much more efficiently with more help. 1.Kitchen was mopped but there were several grease stains after drying. 2. Toilet Cistern was used to drain dirty water and was not cleaned. 3. Dishwasher, inside the cupboards, windows were not cleaned. On a good point, the oven and the extractor fan and the carpet were cleaned thoroughly. However for the money spent, I didn't get a professional clean up and there is a risk that I will not get the whole of my deposit. I cannot recommend this company

It's not typical for me to write reviews for companies I hired to help me with domestic work (you know I am meal lover and usually share my experience trying different meals in different restaurants), but this time I'll make an exception. Here is my story... A month ago I finally managed to find a new flat, near my work, with nice view and good neighbors (the last it's just a first impression, but I hope the guys will be nice in future too). I had to deep clean the old flat before I leave it (you know I wanted my money deposit back). I decided to find a professional help, since I am not obsessed with cleaning and can't make everything shining. Actually, I would have cleaned the space well, but it'd took me at least two days, a time that I didn't want to waste. After doing a small research, found Gem Cleaners , I decided to call these guys. My first impression was great, the lady who contacted me after I sent a request using their website, was really nice and helpful. She helped me going through the entire process of arranging the cleaning and gave me details for everything. In the end I felt really special. At the day of the cleaning, the team which arrived was almost on time (they were just 10 minutes late, but we all know that traffic jams, so I forgave them). It took them 4 hours to clean the flat and make it look perfect. Honestly, I never expected the dirt from the stove could be vanished, but these guys did the impossible to remove even the hardest stains. Now, you know why I had to stop and share the the extraordinary experience that I had hiring End of Tenancy Cleaners!

GEM CLEANERS delivered a deep clean on my property which had been empty for sometime and was in need of a very deep clean. Ali and his team arrived promptly and got straight on with the job. I was really pleased with the service, the focus was on the kitchen and bathroom both of which needed a very deep clean. The team were polite and cheerful and just got on with it all. I would definitely use the service again. Thank you
