Best Cleaning Solutions

I recently used their carpet cleaning service and came away genuinely impressed. From the start, communication was clear and professional—they were easy to book with, arrived on time, and explained the process before getting started. The team was thorough and paid close attention to detail. My carpets had a mix of everyday wear and a few stubborn stains, and they managed to lift them far better than I expected. The difference was noticeable immediately—everything looked fresher, brighter, and felt much cleaner underfoot. What stood out most was their care and efficiency. They worked methodically without rushing, yet still completed the job within the estimated time. There was no mess left behind, and the drying time was quicker than I anticipated. Overall, I’d highly recommend their carpet cleaning services. Reliable, professional, and results-driven—definitely a service I’d use again.

I recently hired this company for a deep cleaning service, but the experience was extremely disappointing and did not match what was promised. Only one cleaner arrived and spent nearly five hours doing what looked like a basic, general cleaning. Many areas in the house were either only lightly cleaned or not cleaned at all—including the bathroom, oven, and dishwasher, which still had visible stains and marks. The owner arrived only in the end with another person to do the carpet cleaning, which was done well. However, the rest of the work was not up to the standard of a deep clean. The cleaners were not professionally trained, and they did not use proper cleaning tools or products. When I raised these concerns, the owner was rude and even started yelling at us, rather than handling the situation professionally. He kept pointing us to their online reviews, which now seem misleading considering the poor service we received. We were originally charged £240. After a long discussion, we were asked to pay £200 instead—but I still had to hire another company to properly do the job. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable deep cleaning service.

I had a terrible experience with this cleaning company during my end of tenancy cleaning. Despite paying for a thorough service, the wall trims were still covered in dust and grime when they finished. It was obvious they didn’t put in much effort. When we confronted the cleaners about it, one of them shouted at me and my son, He also walked out half way through, which was completely unacceptable. They handled the situation very badly and showed no professionalism whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

The best yet. I have tried 4 other cleaners over the years and I started to think I had standards that are too high. However, Sonya was so good, she worked fast but also great quality. Near perfect clean, will definitely rebook! Highly recommend.

I had a personal experience with Best Cleaning Solutions, and I must say they are among the best professional carpet cleaners. They did carpet cleaning in my home, and the results were outstanding. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. I would definitely give them a 5-star rating. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-quality carpet cleaning services in the UK!
