Proactive Facilities Management Ltd

I reached out to Proactive FM to help with managing maintenance for my company’s building, and I’m really glad I did. Right from the start, they understood exactly what we needed and put together a clear, practical plan covering everything from regular upkeep to bigger maintenance tasks. What stood out was how proactive they were: spotting possible issues before they became problems and saving us a lot of hassle down the line. They kept me in the loop the whole time and paid attention to the little things that really matter.. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable facilities management.

Solid service. The team is professional, efficient, and they actually do what they say they're going to do. A breath of fresh air compared to other FM companies we've used in the past. 5 stars.

We’ve been using Proactive FM for a few months now and they’ve honestly been great. Whenever something needs fixing, they’re on it straight away and keep us updated so we’re never guessing what’s going on. Really easy team to work with.
