Wow just wow and another wow. William was professional, informative, kept us all up to date every step of the way. So tidy, spotless work throughout from start to finish. Exceptional work ethic and a pure gentleman to deal with. We really were stuck as my Sister really did not feel secure in her home without an alarm system. Her old gas burner needed to go and quick. From the second I met William I just knew if the system could not be prepared we will be giving him the business. We did exactly that and we are so glad we did. I’m handy but the installation was fast, neat, and an incredible like for like but with technology so far more advanced than what we had before. It genuinely looks so good and easy to easy. Can’t fault any point of the service we got today in fact as you can read it’s the opposite. Nothing but praise please do not hesitate to use this incredible company. William upgraded our burglar alarm last year. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule a few times but William was very flexible and polite. The new system has good functionality, is a vast improvement over our obsolete old system, and was reasonably priced. He was punctual, polite and professional throughout and able to resolve post installation queries immediately. Highly recommended, friendly and reliable.

Have been a customer with Sonis for many years, having my home security upgraded as technology advances. Highly reputable, professional staff. Annual maintenance is less than £2 per week. Have only once had an issue between maintenance visits and this was attended to within a couple of hours. I can highly recommend this company.
