MDS Security Systems

First class service from start to finish! MIke and team are so professional, technically excellent and were super friendly and patient when on site and in explaining everything once the instal was complete! Great service and honestly can’t recommend them enough to anyone needing a new alarm or, like us, getting the dreaded Alarmfast/Chubb one taken out!!

We had an excellent experience with MDS. Mike came promptly, listened carefully to our requirements, gave his advice and we ended with a clear plan which exactly matched our wishes. A date agreed for installation was met and the work was installed efficiently with respect for our property. We are very happy with the results and are confident of contacting MDS should we have an issue. The price was also very reasonable and we have no hesitation in highly recommending MDS for great service and excellent work.

Used Mike for my business & then my house, have to say prices were very competitive and level of service has to be a 10/10. Clean installation and well connected system allowing me to remotely access the security system through my phone. Great seeing a business take pride in what they do and really care about what the customer really needs/ wants and offer a package to suit you. Will definitely recommend MDS to anyone who needs a security system installed.

Great service, would highly recommend using MDS. I needed new batteries for alarm system as well as a health check to ensure it was working as it should. All completed by Michael who was efficient and did an excellent job, pleasure to use this company

We recently used MDS Security to install the alarm system at our new Fifth House office and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial visit they were knowledgeable, practical and honest about what we actually needed (rather than overselling equipment we wouldn’t use). They took the time to understand how we work day-to-day and designed a system that fits around the business, not the other way round. Installation was clean, tidy and very professional — especially important in a newly finished office where we didn’t want cabling or sensors becoming intrusive. Everything was explained clearly and the app setup was straightforward, so the whole team can arm and disarm the building without any confusion. It’s one of those services you hope you never have to rely on, but it gives us real peace of mind knowing the office is properly protected when we’re not there. Would highly recommend MDS Security to any business or homeowner looking for a reliable and professional security company. — Jonny Kermode, Fifth House
