This Company is brilliant, responsive, listens to what you need and want. Gets results , goes the extra mile. If you have any security alarm needs. Mackay is a company you can rely on. Thanks for the work for the business security.

First class service, highly recommend. From initial contact with Calum through the scoping, quote and install of my alarm system, Calum and the team were brilliant all the way. Arrived when they said they would for scoping and install, with all my questions answered. Wouldn’t know that anyone had been in house as everything was left tidy and as it was after the install. Thorough run through of how to work the control pads, fobs and app left me knowing I had made the right choice for my alarm. Would have no hesitation in recommending the team if you want an alarm system fitted. Thanks guys!!

We used this company to enhance the security system of our home. From the initial contact each query has had a quick response, their communication has been excellent. Calum and his team arrived on time worked tirelessly throughout their visit as well as clearing up afterwards. I would recommend this company for your security needs, from something small and simple to a large and more complex system.

On initial contact with MSS, Calum explained the Pros and Cons of CCTV, LightCamera and Intruder Alarm systems as I wasn’t sure which best suited my needs. Very useful and informative conversation. As promised, the next day I received quotes for each type of system and an assurance that the work could be carried out a couple of days later. As arranged, Calum arrived on time and fitted the Intruder Alarm in around three hours. When I expressed concern about the key-ring fobs he had other options available at no additional cost. The apprentice came three days later and fitted the additional keypad. The level of service was excellent, faultless and above all friendly. I highly recommend this company. Many thanks Calum.
