From confirmation of job to go ahead was kept informed of time of arrival and throughout until completion. Arrived on time and protected all floors before going ahead. Boiler installation went smoothly with no problems. Tidied up well and old boiler and other materials lifted same day. I thoroughly recommend The Heat Network and have no hesitation in recommending them to all. Their prices are very competitive and worth a look. Phil has a great team.

Excellent company. Philip, the owner was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I was notified of the approx time of arrival the evening before. On the day, again informed when Philip was 30 mins away. After the job was completed, any mess was totally cleared up. I would highly recommend The Heat Network. Customer service and work first class from start to finish. Rare these days.

Everything from initial contact to aftercare has been faultless. The price was more than reasonable, all queries were dealt with quickly, and we did not feel pushed into making a decision. They were clean and tidy throughout the installation, the boiler pipes are neat and tidy. Everything was explained and I definitely recommend getting the radiator stats too! No problems and we finally have a working boiler. We will definitely be signing up to the service plan.

1st Annual service plus a technical tweak to a pipe run covering that will require a further visit to complete. Philip operates a text system that confirms upcoming appointment & the 'live' estimated of arrival so you know what to expect and when. All work is explained in layperson's terms, and the site left clean & tidy, with the Service documents emailed for ease of reference. Nothing is left to chance from first to last - very reassuring!

The Heat Network are really good. They are easy to contact and keep me up to date with the arrival time. I particularly liked that Phillip engaged with my very elderly father involving him in the decision making and took time with him to understand his concerns. Phillip also diagnosed a problem which had been missed by other engineers. Their charges were very reasonable.
