I've been buying from here for a number of years. Great location, plenty of stock and always a friendly and very helpful team. Where else can you order and collect a dehumidifier on a Saturday afternoon? Just had to exchange an item with only 5 minutes until closing. Really good service again. Thank you

Went to buy screws here yesterday. I was served by Renata who, on discovering they were out of stock of my particular product, was very helpful in finding an alternative store for the product I needed and went "above and beyond" to find an alternative product to save me the journey to another store. She showed good knowledge of the store's stock system and was both pleasant and efficient in doing this for me. The result, I left with an alternative product I could use, Screwfix made a sale when it would have been easy enough to say "sorry we don't have that", and I shall definitely go back there when I need something else! Well done Screwfix and, in particular, well done Renata.

Hidden in the business park with no parking at all as it's shared. Other than that it's a typical Screwfix with helpful staff and a massive selection of products. The new screens to collect items ordered online speed things up nicely (just remember to bring your glasses as the screens are tiny).

Fast and efficient as usual. Mandy and Anna were on top form as always. I left in a far better mood. Thank you ladies.
