Fantastic service and I would have paid a far higher price to get my hearing back! Ali was excellent, explained everything really well and did a great job. Her premises are very clean and it is very professional. Will definitely return when my wife starts complaining about my hearing again but in the meantime I hear better than I have for years.

My first time with Ali, and she immediately but me ay ease with her friendly welcome. She checked on my health but past and present and then explained the procedure in full to ensure i was comfortable. The treatment was excellent and Ali continued to check on how i was feeling and ok with the process. Wlt Ear Care was a very helpful starting point for me to start my hearing checks. Quick response for an examination was excellent. You can trust Ali to give you good advice. She examined my ears and confirmed I did not have an earwax problem. Following her advice I have had an initial hearing check elsewhere which indicated I need a referral for NHS care.
