Screwfix Ely

Great customer service, had a couple of issues with products and they were very promptly resolved with no fuss. Great service to have in the local area.

I’m in Screwfix Ely fairly regularly and the staff are always very knowledgeable. Most of them are very attentive and happy to help. The younger lads in particular are really helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. Overall, a great team and always a good experience.

Above and beyond! Went in with the most random question, came out with exactly what I needed. The team are absolutely great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great staff and quick service. Nice that it's cool inside as well

Unfortunately I didn't get the customer service I would usually expect. I wanted a part for a toilet. Not being a plumber I needed help to get the right part. I queud for what felt like an age. Only to be asked if I had done any research for what I needed. I was taken aback I thought that I was asking for help to get what I needed, I even had a picture but was unsure what I should get. I was pointed in the direction of the tablet in store, and told that they only had access to the same infomation as I would have access to... this was no use to me as I didn't know what I needed. I left without the parts I needed. I will have to find a local plumbers merchant that can help rather than guess what I need. Poor show from screwfix on this occasion.
