I recently bought a Hayter Harrier 48 from Chris at Pecks. I am absolutely delighted with the mower, but also the advice and time Chris spent talking me through various options before making a decision was invaluable. It's easy to surf the internet and compare the same mower from dozens of online companies, but I can honestly say that Pecks had the best price and great service to go with it! Great shop on the Lancaster Business Park on the edge of Witchford village, not massive but what stock it does have is quality and they had what I needed. Very friendly female and male staff members, very informative and helpful. I have been back in since and the quality of the products and staff is outstanding. Well worth visiting.

Really good customer service. Ian was more than willing to help and assist. It's a treasure trove in there! Compost, gas for the BBQ, nice quality garden tools and topped up on some DIY tools, much needed. Would recommend.

I went into pecks in ely today to buy some heavy duty hinges to hang 5 bar gates from, so I needed 4 hinges plus bolts, nuts and washers, I was having a bit of difficulty finding what I really wanted so I see this lady walk past me who worked there and I asked if she could help me, the ladies name is 'Diane' , she said yes I can help you. So I told her what I wanted and she got me the correct hinges, she then went out to the store room to get me the correct nuts, bolt's and washers, I was so very thankful for Diane's help, I wouldn't have done it without her. Fantastic customer service and excellent customer service from Diane. Thanks to you DIANE
