Power Lock & Security

We've had Liam out twice now. Both times were almost emergencies. He was prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. The second visit was ongoing issues with two different doors, which he diagnosed and sorted in no time at all! Highly recommend

We rang Power Lock & Security when we discovered that we had lost both keys for our summerhouse. Their communications were excellent. They arrived at the agreed time and within 15 minutes the door had been opened the lock changed, and we were presented with 5 keys. If you want speedy service and quality work, look no further.

Liam was great. Helpful, responsive and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough

I can highly recommend this company for being knowledgeable, responsive, professional and trustworthy. Liam was extremely skilful at identifying the problem on our tenement intercom speaker system (which we thought may be beyond repair). He was able to source a replacement part and fixed it swiftly. He also repaired the main door lock which had been broken. Other companies only wanted to install a whole new expensive intercom system without actually working out what the problem was. Liam communicated clearly and promptly every step of the way and made it straightforward. Excellent and high quality service. I will be recommending and using this company again.

Called Liam in the morning after our door wouldn't lock. He was great and popped round in the afternoon. 10-15 mins later we managed to lock our door. Liam was polite, responsive, good value and did a great job. Will def use again and would absolutely recommend. Thanks so much.
