Tae A Moose Pest Control Services Ltd

Treatment carried out on wasp nest. From the first contact to paying the bill - we have been really impressed! Masterclass in communications from Tae A Moose, quick to provide a time to visit, text messages confirming appointment time, another text to say technician Craig was on his way, Craig was polite, treated our home with care and also enthusiastic about getting the job done right. He had all the right kit for treating the wasps nest and gave lots of advice for the few hours post wasp treatment and what to expect/look out for over the next couple of days. The invoice was provided quickly and when I called to pay the bill, I was spoken to by a lady who was so nicely spoken and directed me to the Tae A Moose website to make payment easier than over the phone. I feel sure that they would have accommodated a payment over the phone if I was not adept at using computers. All in all a really good service, lovely people and so good to have this local business on our doorstep. Hopefully won't need you again soon, but we will definitely make this our first stop next time.

Tae a moose were very pleasant to work with. Our mice problem was resolved in a good time frame and very professionally. Our initial consultation laid out a plan, and it was made clear when we would be revisited to check in on how the problem was getting along (usually every 2 weeks, but they were very flexible with me being away from the house). Marc was always very punctual, friendly and efficient at his job. Happy customer!

Discovered a wasp nest in our bushes. Phoned Tae A Moose - they were out within an hour and it took just 20 minutes to assess, deal with and then remove the nest. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. Most impressed with the service from contacting the firm to the detailed report and photos of what Craig did. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fast and efficient service. We are selling our house and whilst preparing for buyer visits we found a wasps nest in the attic. Tae a Moose came out next day and within 45 mins had removed it. Brilliant and efficient.

Five-star service form Tae a Moose. We called them up about a wasps nest in our loft. Arranging a visit was easy, Craig arrived on time and disposed the nest and treated the area thoroughly and efficiently. Craig was super friendly, kept us informed and followed up with details and photos of the treatment. We were really impressed and would definitely use them again.
