Excellent service. Derrick was responsive with replying to my messages and arrived within the time window he gave me. Our job required various faults being mended for a combination of nine different flats; Derrick managed to mend them all within a 2.5 hour window. He’s obviously very knowledgeable about all manner of intercom systems, including Victorian tenement properties like ours. Prices were good value too. I will definitely contact Derrick for any future intercom issues in Edinburgh.

Stuart, who carried out the work, turned up early (unheard of!) and worked diligently to fix my intercom. Had issues with our tenement intercom, and Edinburgh Intercom Doctor was great from start to finish. They explained costs clearly, assessed our old call panel, and gave a fair quote for an upgrade. There were some delays waiting for parts and even a price increase, but Derek kept his word and honoured the original quote. Once everything arrived, installation was quick and professional. Derek was easy to contact, honest, and transparent. Highly recommend — we’re already planning to use them again for our stair lighting!

Derek came round at short notice and fixed my old and no-longer-working entry phone handset with a brand new one. He was polite and chatty, and explained what he was doing as he went, and because I'm in the middle of decorating he showed me how to remove the handset so I can paper and paint underneath. Was all done in about 40 minutes. Brilliant service and great price too. Defo recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service From the outset Derek explained my options to resolve a somewhat complex configuration with my current security access set up. The service I experienced from start to finish was excellent and was very refreshing in the current climate. Having been let down by other service providers I was delighted with the outcome and cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
