The best service as always. Also great communication updates about ETA which was super helpful. The engineer was even kind enough to fix my timer on my boiler which was a great help.

Had a great experience. Contact was made and times arranged . No deviation and a phone call half an hour to 1 hour before arrival . Fortunately problem was resolved straight away . Definitely use again . Kind regards Scott

Polite, efficient and kept me updated with every step. Consistently had positive experiences with the Hauswerk staff that have visited my home.

Punctual. The workman called to say when he would arrive which was within the time frame that we'd been given.

The engineer who attended was a really nice guy - he called before he arrived to let us know when he’d be here, was respectful of us and the property, and explained clearly what he was doing and what he’d need access to. Would definitely recommend.
