PDK Maintenance Ltd

Phil Kale did a first class job replacing our ageing patio and garden path. Sound recommendations all the way through, creative ideas, and excellent attention to detail when carrying out the work. Phil was great to work with, always polite and cooperative, hard working and willing to go the extra mile. We are delighted with the result, and have already booked him in for our next major job, renovating our driveway. Highly recommended.

Phil has done an outstanding renovation of our bathroom. He took great care to understand our preferences and talked through all the key decision points. His workmanship is exceptional and he goes above and beyond.

Massive thank you to Phil owner of PDK Maintenance Ltd for adding this extra parking area onto the driveway for my customers. What started as a patch of grass turned into a much bigger job than I fancied tackling myself. Phil removed around 3 tonnes of soil which if you say it quickly sounds easy but trust me that’s a work out , installed the slabs, added drainage, and transformed the space in just a couple of days. The extra parking will make things much easier for my clients visiting the studio, and the finished result looks spot on. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work, I’d happily recommend him. Cheers mate, really appreciate all the hard work it looks incredible 👍

Over a year or so Phil has completed various projects at our home from handyman tasks to installing bathrooms. The first project was circular paving for our outdoor seating area which was completed quickly and looked fantastic. Phil explained how he was going to do it and keep me informed along the way with progress photos. Phil then completed an ensuite, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen makeover which were all done swiftly. If there was a problem Phil called to discuss what the options were and was sorted quickly. It's refreshing to work with a builder who understands aesthetic and he has shown integrity and honesty along the way. He is always patient when the scope creeps or changes. I trust Phil completely and look forward to further projects. Fleur Ward Interior Design

Phil completely cleared and rebuilt our back garden during the hottest week of the year. It looks brilliant and has made our summer. He is hugely helpful, incredibly diligent and absolutely meticulous, a pleasure to have around, and recommended unreservedly.
