South Coast Cleaning and Property Care

Simon and his team have absolutely transformed my house today!!! We have just moved into a house by the sea - it gets battered by the elements with salty windows and gutters that have to work very hard! I don’t think the gutters have been cleaned for a long time and were clogged and dirty - the soffits and fascias were a dirty, rusty, grey colour and the house just looked tired! A few hours of very hard work and professional equipment and my house now looks brand new!!! Everything is sparkling and shining white again and Simon removed a LOT of gunk from my gutters! Absolutely worth every penny! And Simon gave me great advice on my down pipes. He even clipped some bits that had come loose back together for me. Nothing was too much trouble! I will absolutely use them again and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you team!

Excellent result from Simon and his team. All cladding cleaned brilliantly, including removing green algae from one section. Gutters and soffits also cleaned. Great teamwork. A friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent window cleaning service at a reasonable price. It's funny how a simple thing like having your windows professionally cleaned can make such a difference to one’s life. The room looks brighter somehow and the view is simply amazing! Can’t wait to get the back windows done as well. Looking forward to a long association together.

Simon and his team did an absolutely cracking job on the bungalow. The barge boards, conservatory, driveway and patio look like new and having them beautifully cleaned lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. They are not only great, caring guys, they are also very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them and use their services again. Thank you.

Simon at South Coast Cleaning and Property Care was recommended to us. We needed the gutters, fascias and windows of our house to be cleaned. When they arrived, on time, I noticed how spotlessly clean their own equipment was and they delivered their service with a friendly and personal approach, keeping us informed as to what they were doing and what they had found when cleaning the gutters. Their high standards and professional service was as had been promised and they were very thorough, tidy and left no mess and the house now looks great. I can highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again!
