Pinnacle Works Ltd

Dave and his team have done a superb job on my complete house renovation and extension. It’s the first time I have done a solo project and I was nervous about escalating costs and having to make decisions on my own. I had 3 builders pitch for this job and Dave promised me I wouldn’t be disappointed and I wasn’t. Every cost was explained clearly to me and there were no hidden extras. Did I go over budget? Yes but that’s because I chose more expensive items than had been quoted for and I was made aware of this. Pinnacle are not just builders but designers. Dave’s idea to expose the brick work and create the Black wood pantry were genius. Tom who created my amazing kitchen is a master joiner and Rhys’s painters have been awesome. All the team have been polite and amazing. I can’t thank them enough for their patience with me and the constant calls. Dave is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I have. Even now the project is over, final payments made.. he still allows time for his men to come and make things good. Well done Pinnacle Works Ltd.. hope you get a holiday soon!

Pinnacle Works kept on going for a difficult client, such as me. This was my first time working with builders, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. They handled every detail of the project with professionalism, patience, and never 'cutting corners'. They transformed a skeleton flat into something truly impressive. The results far exceeded my expectations. A huge well done to Dave and the entire team!

From our initial selection of Pinnacle through to the completion of our 9-month project we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The works a full refurbishment of a 180-year-old former farm outbuilding/barn (122 sq/m & single storey), in a conservation area, converted to residential in the 1950/60s and not modernised since. Works included: • Complete rewire • New Plumbing throughout incl new gas combi boiler • Re-roof to include new slates • Reconfiguration of internal rooms including creation of a new open plan kitchen/diner and utility area with vaulted ceilings and oak truss • Single Storey Extension (30 sq./m) to include a new master bedroom, ensuite and master bathroom (extension required piling) • Extensive flintwork to form the exterior walls • Preparation of window openings to accept new double-glazed windows • Removal of 2 chimneys • Fitment of 7 Velux Rooflights • Internal works to include plastering and painting throughout, laying of new flooring, enlargement and improvement of fireplace in lounge, new doors and architraves, skirtings. The Pinnacle Team were excellent throughout. We lived in a caravan onsite and so were able to be involved in every decision. The team were always polite and respectful, and nothing was too much trouble. Even our neighbours commented how polite and helpful the team were. Dave and his carefully selected team are not your average builders, they are artisans. They do go the extra mile and work closely with you to resolve any unexpected issues that occur. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of having work done. If possible, involve them as early as possible in your process.

Totally thrilled with the extension on our bungalow completed by Pinnacle Works, professional and highly skilled company to deal with from start to finish. Dave and his team always communicated and nothing was too much trouble, they were a pleasure to have on site every day and I rather missed them when they all went. I highly recommend this company. I don't think I have made quite so many bacon rolls in my life, I certainly haven't made any more since you all left :-) Photos attached below.....

Dave and his team recently undertook an outbuilding conversion for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the very first visit Dave took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, and throughout the process made several suggestions which made a huge difference to the final result. I've attached some before and after photos to show the transformation.. We had a family emergency shortly after work commenced, and Dave couldn't have been more accommodating when we had to leave the country at short notice for some weeks. He ensured that work could continue in our absence, and that I was kept updated whilst overseas. His team were exceptionally good, and great company to have around throughout the process without exception. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, and I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.
