Sinclair & Jones Building Contractors Ltd

I had Sinclair &Jones on site renovating my house for a year! And I would have them all back very happily! We had groundwork and weather challenges which led to the extended site time. Reliable, polite, happy, thoughtful to neighbours, no shouting / bad language/ or undue noise. Excellent, entertaining and consistent workforce. I am happy to recommend S&J.

Sinclair and Jones Building Contractors, led by the brilliant George Sinclair and Andrew Jones, are a top-notch team of professionals. They’re not just skilled, but they’re also personable and dedicated to delivering top-notch work. Unlike many contractors, they don’t sneak in hidden costs or extras unless you ask for them. They genuinely care about making sure you’re happy with their work. After our first project, we were so impressed that we hired them for a second one. We highly recommend Sinclair and Jones Building Contractors and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We recently worked with Sinclair Jones on our rear extension and couldn’t be happier. The guys were personable, polite and courteous with us and just as importantly our neighbours. We had never taken on such a large project so having someone we trusted was Very important to us. They had undertaken similar projects on our road before and had had fantastic feedback and we can see why. The work was done to a very high standard and went above how we expected the final result to look/feel. Any snags along the way were communicated and dealt with quickly and efficiently with minimal fuss. The project took slightly longer than expected but nothing we didn’t factor for and the process came in almost identical to the quote which was refreshing. Will use these guys again for any future projects and would recommend 100%

From responding to our request for quote through to handing over the keys working with Andrew, George and all the S&J Team has been a great experience. In a little over six weeks, they have transformed our dark cold dinge double garage into a light filled warm office/gym (Man Cave!). All delivered to the agreed price. With a detailed response to quote we knew exactly what was being provided, timings were accurate and communications exceptional. Works all carried out in tidy well-ordered way to a high standard. Any issues and they were minor, were quickly and painless resolved. Even the additional jobs that always crop e.g. extra plastering, paving & plumbing all efficiently quoted for and incorporated into the build schedule. Andrew and George have built an exceptional team of quality trades around them and my wife and I would happily recommend Sinclair & Jones Building Contractors.

Worked with S&J on a major project to transform our house, including internal reorganisation of our main living space, new kitchen, new bathrooms, rear doors, and upgrading of plumbing, electrics etc. We chose S&J based on a competitive quote, a great reference, and their strong and reliable communication, and with the work now all completed we feel we made the right choice. S&J are highly qualified, reliable, trustworthy, good problem solvers, fair and reasonable. We have already recommended them to friends for their major project, and would recommend and use them again, without hesitation.
