I don’t usually write reviews, but I booked this appointment last minute after struggling with my ears for a while and feeling quite nervous from past experiences. From the moment the wax was removed, I could hear again instantly. Everything was explained clearly, and I was able to go at my own pace, which made a huge difference. Meg was fantastic from start to finish. Talked me through everything and took photos and videos of inside my ears before & after so I could really see the results. My right ear was blocked due to wax and now it’s completely restored and feels so much better, highly recommend!
