Absolutely awful company to deal with. Dont answer phones or emails Dont turn up on time for work Dont pass over relevant information to trade people Would give zero if possible.

DO NOT USE this company if you care about the environment, or Bristol's air quality crisis. One of their vans was parked outside my house for over 30 minutes going nowhere with the engine running. Kids are literally dying from poor air quality and this company allows their staff to sit with their vans running. Disgusting. UPDATE: Complained to the company and they said it falls below their standards and will sort immediately... 2 days later one of their drivers takes his whole lunch break with the engine idling. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY LIE! CUSTOMER SERVICE - 0/5

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! One star is the minimum rating...one star too many in my eyes! Shocking and disgusting the way they leave tenants without a bath, sink or toilet for 2+ weeks!! "They're only council tenants" is their attitude! No regard to peoples homes, and trainees with no tools working on your home!?!? Tools left lying around, stanley knives, saws, chisels, etc whilst kids playing around and picking things up, no control or health and safety. As a contractor for Novus, they refuse to pay you, saying there is no record of hours worked when i made sure i adjusted the finish times when working late. I had to purchase materials with my own money (requested by site manager and told i would be reimbursed) as they didnt have the materials to do the job... this was also denied payment, leaving me out of pocket again! Tenants complaining of leaks all the time, dripping through ceiling downstairs, and through light fixtures. Incompetent managers who haven't got a clue such as Aaron Skidmore and Martin Barnfield from Bristol seem to think they are their own entity.... i could go on and on and on. The appropriate bodies have been informed and legal action has begun. You have been warned!!

Awful experience with a boiler check. 3 times it's organised,2 no shows no explanation No ID to enter building. Poor Poor Poor
