Ad Hoc Property Management Ltd - Bristol

Ad hoc provide a great renting option. They look after you, if you respect them. The properties and locations are varied, and provide different renting experiences. Have found the larger more unusual properties to be best, in terms of being enjoyable and communal living.

Firstly, what a great option Ad Hoc provide as guardians for potentially empty properties. Secondly, what excellent service the whole team provides. Our Devon property needed to be occupied for security and to ensure the property was kept in good condition. And the person their provided was so good, we have kept them on under the new arrangement we have adopted now that we no longer need a guardian. The communication at tall times was first rate. And they were able to provide everything needed to comply with regulations and good service. We would unhesitatingly recommend their services to potential guardians and property owners alike.
