House + Co Property

I am a landlord who decided to utilise House & Co Lettings as I had previously had such a good experience with John on the sales team through the difficult purchase process. Freya Alford is the property manager in charge of overseeing my property, she has been welcoming, had extremely clear communication and offered plenty of advice. The induction process was swift which resulted in the securing of tenants extremely quickly by my target move-in date. The systems in place seem easy to navigate from first impressions and I am pleased with swift action taken on any tenant queries. Really happy with the service so far, thanks Freya!

Freya is very lovely to liaise with, at the start of the process she had pulled together a comprehensive view of the rental market and provided sound advice on the rental price. I trusted her opinion on potential tenants too. Happy with the service from House & Co

I had a very positive experience renting through House + Co Property, especially thanks to Gillian McKenzie. She was always very attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and quick, and she made everything much easier and less stressful for me. I really appreciated her support and kindness from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Gillian has been incredibly helpful, She has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. As an overseas applicant relocating from New Zealand, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process much less stressful. I really appreciate her support and would highly recommend her services.

I had a fantastic experience working with Joseph from House & Co Properties for house letting. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Joseph took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and matched me with suitable options quickly. He was always responsive, kept me well-informed, and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I felt supported every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Joseph from House & Co Properties to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property agent. His service was truly excellent.
