North East Property Lettings & Management (NEPLM)

The staff at NEPLM are incredibly professional, thorough and helpful. As an absent landlord this means that I can trust my investments to them to manage and ensure that everything is dealt with from account management to ongoing maintenance of my properties. The service is truly exceptional.

NEPLM have professionally manage 4 properties for me for several years. Recently I took the decision to sell all 4 for personal reasons. NEPLM quickly found buyers and managed the transaction for me. Throughout the team in each department have been a pleasure to work with. Thank you for all your hard work on my behalf. Kathryn Fletcher

The gentlemen ed showed me property very help full polite and whole process was not as long as I thought it would be so yes I did pass and been accepted for property so thumbs up for the letting agency

My landlord uses neplm and they seem to be a waste of space, currently having trouble with roof leaking when it rains which is coming through a live extractor fan fitted to bathroom ceiling, the house needs re pointing so water is also coming through the walls where live sockets are. Black mould is everywhere in the house due to the dampness. I keep ringing them up and all I ever get from them is we’ve arranged contractors to contact you. This has been going on for nearly 2 year

The staff at NEPLM are hardworking professionals who strive provide the best support possible for their customers, would definitely recommend to my friends
