Quick and easy. Almost all paperwork was done online. Daryl was very helpful and answered my questions. It took about 1 week from first viewing to moving in.

I have been dealing with AdHoc for a short while now and my experience have been great. Extremely professional and quick to answer all questions. Daryl inducted me and got me settled and Nicki has been more than helpful during his inspections. Overall no complaints. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to take guardianship of a property.
