P Cullen Roofing & Building

Had my roof replaced a couple of weeks back. Was all done and dusted quickly, cleanly and it looks great. A fair price and friendly and helpful service. Gives me a lot of piece of mind and all I can do is thank you for your work.

Stephen and the team replaced my roof recently and I’m delighted with the results. Most of my original Welsh slate was reused to keep the original look of the roof but everything else was replaced, including new felting on the bay window and a new dry ridge system. The team were very hard working, professional and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company anyone.

Cullens completed a new roof with soffits, fascia, gutters and a flat roof. The service was fantastic, all very friendly and professional. I have had so many great comments regarding my new roof. I would not hesitate to reccomend this family run company to anyone in the North East.

Silly they start at 7 o’clock on a Saturday rushing to get the job finished early so there away for 1, it’s illigle to start this early on a Saturday, some people are just getting back from night shift yet your staff feel it’s fine to start smashing a roof at 7am, really really in professional, loud jokey banter at this time with the radio on. Just wait until normal times instead of trying to get away early as possible, cowboys.

Had water coming in through the chimney stack into bedroom ceiling, called and got a quote for over £400 but strangely without anyone actually going up to look. Haven’t heard back about the work despite chasing for 5 weeks, fobbed off everytime. Had to call another roofers as the leak was getting worse everytime it rained. New roofers came and actually went up onto the roof to look and the work needed was completely different from the original quote by Cullen roofers. Got photos to prove it by new roofers. Glad I went somewhere else!
