I cannot speak more highly of a company, absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. I discussed my requirements with Paul and he was open and honest on all options available, even ones including him not doing the refurb and replacing the patio via another source, potentially losing business. We did decide to use him for the refurb though and I’m so glad we did!. For the fraction of the price of a new patio Paul and Will totally transformed our old patios into something we’re proud of once again. Will worked his socks off for a couple of days and really came up trumps. He was constantly engaged with me on all aspects and really went above and beyond - absolutely top lad! These guys really know their stuff on stone, fillers, pointing, refurbishment, etc of these types of areas, and you could honestly not meet a nicer team to work with you. If I was a teacher I’d be giving out an A* I would highly recommend using this company for any Patio cleaning and refurbishment works, they will not let you down!

We have used this company for both rug cleaning and carpet repair/cleaning at our hotel, and the results have been outstanding every time. The stain correction work they have carried out on our carpets has genuinely given them years more life, which has made a huge difference for us. Their work is always incredibly thorough, and the attention to detail is second to none. Harry is fantastic his care, professionalism, and eye for detail really stand out in the quality of the finished work. We are consistently impressed with the standard of service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or rug cleaning and repair services. They will absolutely remain our go-to company for any future works.

Five star service Our limestone floor had been down 20 years and in that time had never had any maintenance work other than general cleaning. It was starting to show its age, had a few cracks and we were possibly thinking of renewing it.. Harry came and had a look and said that he could clean all of the grout, fill the cracks and polish it to a finish that we wanted. I must say we were a little sceptical about how good it would turn out, but decided to give it a try, we need not have been worried. The guys turned up when they said they would, it took them as long as they told us it would to do the job and when we came back, we were absolutely over the moon with the work they had done. The grout was back to original ivory colour, all cracks had all been filled in a matching colour and simply looked like a grain in the limestone. The floor was polished and I can honestly say that the floor looks better now than the day it was laid 20 years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Fantastic job. Made my patio and driveway look like the day it was laid! Deep clean on all stone and brick work, got rid off all moss and weeds. Put fresh sand down on the driveway and re grout the patio. Over the moon with the job. Looks brand new again! Highly recommend. All done in one day as well. Nothing was a problem. Lovely lad good grafter. Also had my carpets done back in December and also didn’t disappoint on quantity of work. 100% recommend.

Responded quickly to emails initially about quotes for repointing my back and front patio and soft washing front patio. Harry came out to look and sort quotes, he was very polite and rang to let me know he'd be a little late, however after the visit nobody got back to me with quotes. I tried chasing by email and text with no luck. I guess this company didn't want the job, but the reviews online are very good so it's really puzzling why nobody got back to me. It's really poor customer service not to follow up. Even just to let the customer know you don't want the work would be better than nothing at all. My dad has helped me out with repointing in the end and saved me a lot of money.
