Very poor experience. We moved into a house that had slugs on the bottom floor and an unusable back garden due to it being filled with rubbish. The slugs remained an additional tenant throughout our stay. When we moved out we left the house in a satisfactory and clean condition with us having cleaned it just before moving out. Mansons are renovating the house with large scale building work however still decided it was appropriate to charge us a cleaning fee, something that they must've clearly missed on last years tenants based on the initial state of the house.

Thank you Mansons for a more than satisfactory experience as a letting agent who then very successfully sold my rental property to existing tenants. Very smooth transition, excellent communication between conveyancers (who Mansons recommended), tenants and myself. Just over three months from agreement to market prperty to completion of sale. Faultless and to be highly recommended.

I appointed Mansons to sell my property after several years of them managing it on my behalf. Although my sale took much longer than I had expected (due to procrastinating Third Parties), Deborah was proactive throughout and I am grateful for all of her help and assistance.
