I have noticed a real improvement since the new management took over. They are much easier to get hold of, keep us updated, and have been quicker at dealing with issues around the building. It feels like things are being managed properly now and there is a much better level of service. Very happy with the changes so far.

Thank you to Leonora and Flynn for their prompt response which helped in the recent sale of our flat. Good and prompt communication and turning around the management package for the solicitor. Leonora has helped since our group appointed Harper Stone to manage our block and again has provided clear and fair advice.

I have been living on Montpelier road number 63 for 18 years and Harper Stone didn’t provide us with any support all those years!! We have a leak in the main corridor entrance of our building for at least 7 years and never done anything about it!!!!. The main lights of corridor doesn’t work properly and the wall paper is damaged! We rise a ticket and they still didn’t deal with our issues! We feel let down by those people that just takes money and dont do anything in return!! if one day the building collapse it will be their fault for not looking after us and doing their Jobs! Don’t deal with them and save your money

This company allows it's properties to fall into disrepair all the while it takes money from it's leaseholders. There is no accountability or responsiveness to serious issues. Issues are left outstanding for years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have an issue that was raised in 2023. The issue is still not fixed. I will be seeking legal advice. Update: despite the comment below from HS still no contact. Obviously just saying this for public appearances

After a difficult period, it's good to see things heading in a more positive direction. The recent changes in management seem to be making a real difference. Responses are quicker, communication is clearer, and there feels to be a much more professional approach. A big improvement compared to a year ago.
