Have been a mortgage customer of YBS for the last 13 years, where mortgage products have rolled a couple of times, had a remortgage, a purchase and sale. The team at Dunfermline have always been helpful and pro-active, especially Kathryn, who has a brilliant depth of knowledge & experience, is always approachable and professional. With ad hoc support at times from the wider organisation, we can't fault them at all. Dunfermline team are a bunch of good people and can't recommend them enough. YBS have good products but Kathryn and the team are the reason we are still with them 13 years later.

Unbelievable, went into the Dunfermline branch at 3 pm today. Just wanted my passbook up to date for tax purposes. Was told no transactions after 2.30 without an appointment! So I will now go soon before 2.30 and close my account.
