Nationwide Building Society

Superb service from Lisa within East Port, Dunfermline branch regarding an ISA query. Following a negative experience with the live chat bot and the interminable phone service, it was a delight to finally get polite, clear and concise advice from Lisa. Very helpful, Top service! Well done Nationwide for at least keeping branches open!

My first time using nationwide. Very impressed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Was a loyal customer and recommended the Nationwide to others for many years. Not any more! Recently, there seems to have bee a real slip in the standards of service. Staff are friendly enough, but have their hands tied by internal bureaucracy. They are ever so happy to sell you a product, but unable to assist when you have problems and can't get through to their call centre. Very disappointing!

They are amazing and really helpful

I have been a customer for sometime now, and I have been consistently delighted by the help given by all the staff at the East Port Branch as I was diagnosed with mild dementia several years ago which was making dealing with financial matter more complicated than it used to be! It would be fabulous if you could open a branch in Dalgety Bay as the RBS bank moved away several years ago. So, many thanks to you all, and keep up the good work 😊😊😊 Sheila Browning, 17 Glamis Gardens Dalgety Bay Fife KY11 9TD The East Port Branch is the most convenient,
