Wolseley Plumb & Parts

My wife and I visited the showroom to find parts for our new bathroom. Unfortunately, the staff were very unhelpful..none acknowledged us when we walked in, as they remained at their computers. We had to approach them to ask about vanity units, only to be told, "Look in the book, it's all there." They also mentioned that many items were unavailable due to a "redesign," but this came across as an excuse rather than a genuine issue. As they did not want to show alternitaves. The lack of customer service left a negative impression, and as a result, we took our business elsewhere, spending £7,500 with another supplier.

Wanted a non stock shower tray. It turned up the following morning and it was a very competitive price. Really helpful friendly service. Well done guys👍

I came this morning to pick something up. The item wasn't in stock but the staff were very friendly and professional. Thank you guys, I appreciate your help. Michael

The worst customer service you can imagine Never met such miserable staff anywhere in my life Slow service Arrogant staff You will probably want to throw yourself off the nearby bridge by the time you come out of here Lots of staff but only one serves even when there is a large queue If you buy a hot water cylinder at a cost of £689 and the immersion heater packs up they refuse to help and tell you to speak to the manufacturer even though it was an own brand product £120 out of pocket for a new immersion as I needed it that day Stay away from this place

Very helpful, good stock.
