City Plumbing

We used Inverness city plumbing to install bathrooms in our newly built house. Lisa was excellent in advising and helping us. Even when we had to return a few items Lisa made sure we got a refund and then ordered the correct pieces. I highly recommend Lisa and this shop. Thank you.

Great support. My partner and I are doing a lot of the fixtures, in our house, ourselves. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name. However, he was English with a short white beard and glasses. He really helped with the products we bought. He didn’t make us feel like idiots and explained everything in an easy way. Full of knowledge. I think he should be rewarded.

Fantastic service from Lisa, showroom manager, great knowledge and her customer service is exceptional. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to upgrade or renew their bathrooms

Showroom manager is worse than useless. The deliveries for materials is pitiful, and that's as kind as I can be. Great staff...apart from the bathroom Showroom manager...see above.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful salesmen
