Toolstation Inverness

Let down yet again. I try to avoid and only use when Screwfix do not have what I need. Item order, confirmation text received, arrive at store to be told that the item is not there and a refund has been processed. No attempt to contact me in advance of arriving at the store. Not the first time this has happened!!

Be careful of parking at Toolstation in Inverness. They have parking charges if you stay over a certain time but.....they have two entrances/exit but only one camera recording. I went twice one day (used different entries/exits) and they have me down as parking there for nearly three hours. I have two receipts to prove that but not before I was sent a parking fine! I wonder how many people have been fined in error by this! Now I have to sort their mess! Screwfix it is from now on! UPDATE: I called Toolstation customer service only to be told that they can't do anything about it and that I (the customer) would have to contact the Inverness store directly. To make matters worse they won't give me the telephone number and said I (the customer) would have to visit the store in person. I'm sorry, why am I having to fix this!?

Can't be much fun working on a Sunday, but a cheery, friendly and efficient service today from Kirsty in the Inverness store :-) Thank you!

Ordered boots and laces, got an email this morning that everything is ready to be picked up. No laces and the size 8 boots I bought are a size 10, tried to call but was number 32 in the cue, they have so many complaints that I'm number 32, to be quicker use the online chat, gave up after 25 mins of watching my phone joke shop.

Great store for tools and components for building and DIY projects. They are open 7days and usually carry great stock. Can order online for collection in minutes or order can be delivered within a couple of days. Competitively priced, good quality products. I use them often. Highly recommend.
