Anthony and his team have been a fantastic addition to our operation. We initially brought them onboard to supply and maintain a new telephone system back in 2018. We immediately saw cost savings and had the reassurance of locally based support should anything go wrong. In September 2022, after 4 years of building up a great relationship, they began to also provide IT support for over 30 workstations between 2 sites, plus 2 servers, whilst at the same time streamlining our whole network infrastructure, installing wifi across the entire store and migrating our files and folders to the cloud. In addition to this, Anthony and his team have recently started to upgrade our CCTV with a very impressive system. I can honestly say that their service is so good it's just like having our very own IT department! West Wales Systems are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
